VITRUM COLOR uses a world-renowned company in its operations "Wagner" ( Germany) powder coating equipment and powder coating from leading European manufacturers "Ripol" and "ST Powder" . VITRUM COLOR powder painting process is fully automated - the process is controlled with the help of a computer, regulating the color supply, showing the powder consumption level. Thanks to the air cyclone device, the unused part of the powder paint returns back to the paint supply. VITRUM COLOR equipment also automatically determines the dimensions of the part to be painted and the required number of painting guns, air pressure, paint supply and height, ensuring complete surface coverage even for complex metal structures. Thanks to the high-level electrostatic system, 12 automatic guns and two manually controlled guns, VITRUM COLOR machines provide the best quality painting even for complex parts. VITRUM COLOR machines are advantageous, even when fulfilling small-volume orders and working with small portions of paint, as it is possible to change up to 15 different colors per day.
